From the Piedmont Region of North Carolina and with a style reminiscent of the old bluegrass groups of the past, Cumberland County Line Bluegrass offers a mixture of traditional Bluegrass and Gospel music. Formed September 17th 2014 and influenced by the old time greats like the Stanley Brothers, Jimmy Martin, Red Smiley and Don Reno just to mention a few. To us, traditional bluegrass and gospel music are tightly intertwined and is more than just music. It is indeed a reflection of our heritage, where the struggles, hopes, and happiness of everyday life are put into song. Between playing great music and telling a few tall tales along the way, we will do our best to stir up some good ole memories, cause a laugh or two, and lift your faith in Jesus Christ.
