Blackberry Tom Collins

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz E.M. Walton's Premium Blackberry Cobbler

  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice

  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup

  • Club Soda


Expressed Orange Peel

INSTRUCTIONS

Add whisky, lemon juice and simple syrup in a mixing tin with ice. Quick shake for 3 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with club soda. Express orange peel on top.
