Ginger Pear Blackberry Cocktail
In a shaker full of ice, add
- 1 oz Walton’s Bourbon
- 3 oz pear juice
- 1/2 oz cinnamon simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Walton’s Blackberry Cobbler
- squeeze of fresh lemon
Shake for 10-15 seconds and pour over ice.
Splash with ginger beer and a “dash” more of the Walton’s Blackberry Cobbler on top.
