Onslow Sour
Add the egg white to the shaker tin first, then add all ingredients except wine and bitters. Dry shake for about 2 minutes. Double strain back into the shaker tin, thoroughly sifting the foam through the fine mesh. Add a few cubes of ice and vigorously shake again for another 1-2 minutes. Double strain into a rocks glass, sifting the foam through the fine mesh strainer again. Using the back of a spoon, place the tip near the lip of the glass and slowly pour the wine down the back of the spoon, allowing it to pool on top of the cocktail. Drop 4-5 drops of angostura bitters on top of the egg white foam, shaping them as you please. Enjoy!

- 2 oz E.M. Walton's Corn Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 Local Honey Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 0.25 oz - 0.50 oz Local Muscadine Wine
- Angostura Bitters (5 drops on the top)
