Run a sliced strawberry around the rim of a champagne flutes. Dip each rim in Nilla crumbs. Drop in the glass strawberry ice cream, pour in peach shine, and top with Prosecco. Stire gently to combine ingredients. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of Nilla crumbs, and a strawberry for garnish. Serve.

- 5-6 finely crushed Nilla wafers
- 1 small spoonful of strawberry ice cream
- 2 oz. Mag Walton’s Peach Shine
- Champagne or Prosecco
- Whipped cream
