Perfect Confection
Pour all ingredients in a martini glass with the exception of the garnish. Stir gently. Squeeze orange peel over the cocktail and garnish with peel and cherry.

- 2 oz Junior Walton's Premium Select
- 0.5 oz Cocchi Di Torino
- 0.5 oz Cocchi Americano
- 2-3 dashes Mole Bitters
- Orange twist and a cherry for garnish
