Shiney Cottontail

• 2 ounces Junior Walton's Pine Shine Colada
  


• 1 ounces whipped vodka or vanilla vodka


• 2 ounces half and half


• 1/2 ounce cream of coconut


• (Optional) Honey, chopped sweetened coconut or sugar, and Peep to garnish

Optional, rim the edge of a martini glass using the honey and either coconut or sugar. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine remaining ingredients and shake well to combine and chill. Pour into the martini glass, add your Peep and enjoy!
