Walton's Sweet-tart

• 2 oz E.M. Walton's Straight Bourbon Whiskey


• 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice


• 0.5 oz Ginger liqueur


• 0.5 oz Simple syrup


• 0.25 oz Zucca Rubarabaro


• Club soda to top

Shake all ingredients with ice until well blended and chilled. Strain over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with mint or candied ginger!
