Walton's Sweet-tart
- 2 oz E.M. Walton's Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Ginger liqueur
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 0.25 oz Zucca Rubarabaro
- Club soda to top
Shake all ingredients with ice until well blended and chilled. Strain over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with mint or candied ginger!
